About Attorney Stephen M. Kelley
Before joining Sciarrino & Sciarrino, P.C. Mr. kelley was employed with the Bank of America where he, among other duties, worked with corporate counsel on special projects which were generally transactional in nature. During that time he volunteered for the Legal Aid Society of Rochester representing clients in City Court for landlord/Tenant Disputes. Mr. Kelley also represented many clients for the Volunteer legal Services Projects in Matrimonial Cases and Child Support Actions in Family Court. He has also represented clients in Traffic Court and has performed a number of Real Estate Transactions over the years. Presently he concentrates his practice on matrimonials and Family Court issues. He also practices elder law; including medicare, medicaid, trusts & estates, healthcare proxies and living wills.
